Question New GPU

Hey, guys hope you're all having a good time

I need your help, today I got my new GPU (RTX 3080) and since that GPU I see games blurry I don't know why this is the first time this is happening to me and I have no idea what could it be,
FYI: I did not change any settings in my game so it's not a game-related thing.

what was the old gpu? did you uninstall the old driver and install the new driver?
