New graphics card with premier pro 1.5

HAve just installed a new graphics card with in built memory -it appears that my Premier Pro 1,5 does not work with this card. I upgraded premier and that still did not work. What happens is that my project freezes after about 1 minute of playing, the sound continues but the screen freezes goes blank and then returns.The graphics card is asus eah3850 any one else had this problem /or advice on how to rectify please ...
