New Graphics Card

Today i was playing on my pc when it changed the resolution and appeared some white horizontal lines.... when i restarted, the bios had the same lines. i checked the device manager and there is a error code 43... i checked on the forum and did every solution (unistall driver, update grafic driver, hard reset)but nothing worked.... it appears that my GPU is dead.. so now i need a new GPU, and i need ur help to choose one. my budget is 200 €.
Motherboard: Asus P8 H67-M Pro
GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 560 TI

What types of games do you play?
And what country are you from? Asking since prices might be different from where I live.
Or just link the website you will buy from.

It depends on how powerful of a card you need, and does it have to be new or will you buy a used card?

Of new, the least expensive right now is the GT 1030 DDR5. A 1050 would be better. I assume you have a CPU with at least 4 threads.

Is the PSU as old as the GPU(considering the GTX560Ti was released a long time ago)?

First i am from Portugal, and i usually buy the parts from internet stores like https://www.mbit.pt/ or https://www.alientech.pt/, it depends where is cheaper.
So i build this pc 7 years ago... and these are the specs:

Ram: 2x Corsair Xsm3 8Gbytes DDr3 1333 Mhz
SSD/HDD: OCZ Vertex3 120Gb

GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 Ti

Chassis: Nox Blaze
OS: Windows 10

If u could give me the best solution for my budget would be really nice.
