New Hard Drive - not showing in Windows explorer

I have installed a an additional SATA hard drive in my Windows Vista PC.

The new drive, which i have labelled F: is showing in windows Disk management where I have initialised, partitioned and formatted it. It is showing there as healthy, active, as having a primary partition and says it is working properly......but the new drive doesn't show in My computer or windows explorer.

What have I not done/done wrong or more particularly, what more do i need to do?

Go back into Disk Management and assign a different letter to that drive
(right-click and choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths")
