I just bought a new 1tb WD Blue hdd for my laptop and it works fine for a day, but suddenly on the next day the health indicator on hd sentinel drop from 100% to 9%, and it shows a lot of bad sector.

But i try to run read test on HD Sentinel and it shows no problem at all, i also run disk repair and it also shows no problem at all

Solution
when you get a new drive and install it you should do a full format rather that a quick format.
otherwise you must rely on windows to do a background scan and repair of the entire drive during the system idle time. (this is often blocked by the system sleep settings)
you can tell system not to sleep and it will finish in a few hours or days depending on the drive size.
Run the diagnostic program supplied by WD; that is data lifeguard.
WD knows how their devices work.

Just a suggestion, change out the 1tb HDD for a 1tb ssd and repurpose the HDD as an external backup.
Your laptop will run better and your data will be protected.

Take it back to the merchant and get a replacement.
