Hello, just finished up my build and am having some really strange FPS issues with GTA in particular.
GPU - GTX 1070 ti 8gb
CPU - i7-7700k 4.20ghz
Ram - 64gb
HDD - 2TB
Mobo - asus republic of gamers maximus ix
Can't even run the story mode starting area on lowest settings without about 20-30 FPS. Only thing I can think of would be drivers. But I've been through and made sure they are all up to date. Not sure what the problem is, my rig should mob on this game with no problems.
