I built a new pc and reused some parts (psu, ssd and hdd)
Everything was fine. Until it turned off out of nowhere.

When I turn it on, gpu, cpu cooler, fans and leds are working, but the monitors have no reaction.(they work, tested on a laptop)

Tried rebuilding from scratch, resetting cmos, using one RAM at a time, nothing works.

I had the idea of removing the psu's cpu cable and i noticed the pc behaves exactly the same as with the caple. Can this mean that the cpu is not being supplied?
Is there any way to make sure this is the case?

Asus rog strix b350-f
Ryzen 5 2600x
Gtx 970
Gskill aegis 16gb ddr4
Corsair 750 cx

Edit: forgot to mention, after i turn it on i cant turn it off again using the buttons, have to use the psu switch.

Tried removing the graphics card and connecting to onboard video, nothing.

Also rebuilt my old pc and every time i turn it on it turns it self off after a couple seconds, a tries to boot again. It keeps going on this loop.

Should I just consider the psu gone and buy a new one?
