[SOLVED] New Laptop not working smooth. Should I return it?

I just bought this HP Laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 3500u. Previously I had Acer Swift 3. This new laptop doesn't feel smooth enough.
I even did some benchmark tests whose results are here.
I ran Minecraft on it and it gave around 15-20fps. I will mostly use my laptop for Programming and Casual Gaming etc.
Is it okay or should I consider returning my laptop?
