Question New M.2 ssd not showing up in Bios or windows!

I installed a new SSD in my computer but it wont show up for me when I try to format it.
I tried to look in my BIOS but it only shows up in the boot override category. If anyone knows a answer to this problem then please share it.

pc specs:
MB: asus rog strix z370-f gaming
CPU: Intel i7-8700K
Ram: 2x Corsair ddr4 vengeance RGB pro 2x8gb 3200
GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 TI sc
NEW SSD: Samsung 970 evo plus NVMe M.2 2tb

Are you using M.2_2 or _1?
If _2, do you have any SATA drives connected to #5/#6?

*3 The M.2_2 socket shares SATA_56 ports when use M.2 PCIE mode device in X4 mode. Adjust BIOS settings to use SATA devices

neverminde guys... i made a storage group in windows so i couldn't format it XD.
i solved the minor problem
