New Minecraft PC Build

Hello guys, I am going to try and build a good PC, I mostly want to play minecraft and a few other games such as Halo and COD and SimCity, here is where I stand, I am trying to keep the budget around or under $500 here are the specifications so far:
Asus M5A78L-M LX3 Desktop Motherboard - AMD 760G Chipset - Socket AM3+ ($45)
Microsoft Home Premium 64 bit (Got it already)
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CML16GX3M2A1600C10R ($145)

and the graphics is integrated ATI Radeon HD 3000 (which is pretty bad I hear?) (On motherboard)

Anyways, I am wondering how much fps the integrated graphics card will get on minecraft and If it'll get around 30fps (or more) on the other games,

Your best bet is searching for videos on youtube with gameplays of your desired games on the integrated graphics. Off the bat I can tell you that it's probably fine for Minecraft but not sure about the other titles. Anyway after that you can literally throw any dedicated GPU in there and will receive a great boost on any game.

Now on the build, two things in my opinion you want to reconsider:

-The RAM, as for gaming, 8GB will be enough, even for the most demanding titles over there.

-The case, as I'm not sold on the PSU it comes with, and an unreliable PSU can damage your system.

I would rather downgrade the processor than the memory but since I was going to run a few small gameservers on the pc every once in a while for my friends and I am prepared to upgrade it later, I am not to sure if I was going to downgrade it to 8gb plus I would probably try to find a case that comes with the psu because sadly I am on a tight budget, I will probably get the Video Card because I heard good things about that one. All I need for now is a case that comes with a psu, thanks PepitoTV but I will probably end up changing the case to one that comes with a PSU installed but I will probably keep the RAM and the CPU the same?
Oh and by the way I have a good samsung monitor also but it's VGA port I don't have a Digital cord for it sadly
