Please keep it to 1 thread
So today I got a new MOBO Z590P, CPU, and cooler. I got the USB 3.0 header suck in the mobo for a bit but I ended up getting it back out. I did accidentally hit the mobo lightly in some areas but besides a scratch on the plastic surrounding USB 3.0 area(not on the pins) on the MOBO there is no other damage. I built it up and left the USB pins empty so I wasn’t expecting my Keyboard or mouse to turn on. However instead my monitor also got no signal, I checked the MOBO and SSD and neither of them had lights when I turned the PC on but the CPU fans and GPU fans were running. What could be the issue here? Did I mess up the MOBO?

The motherboard certainly could be defective, but I don't know how you could ever say if you damaged it or if was defective when it left the factory. Fans running doesn't mean all is well.
My monitor also tells me I get no signal even though the monitor pretty much was untouched since I installed the new motherboard, it was also working fine on my motherboard yesterday.

I had exactly your symptoms (nothing at all on the monitor) on a brand new motherboard about 5 years ago. Factory defect. I returned it for another one.

Not a lot you can do without technician's tools other than take it out of the case and see if you can get it to work on a table, making sure all connections are correct. Swap RAM around, change cables if possible, etc. I'm guessing you don't have a speaker for beep codes.

I will try my old MOBO and see if it works with just the CPU and fan in, also I wanted to know if the front panel USB 3.0 Header pin on the MOBO affects the front panel usb 3.0s and the back panel usb 3.0s or if it’s only the front panel. I’m asking this because my Keyboard and Mouse do not turn on at all when I power my PC on, if the front panel usb 3.0 header shouldn’t affect that, then I would assume that the Motherboard is defective
