Hi all

New monitor - Asus Tuf gaming VG259Q.

Picture looks great but I've noticed a slight issue.

When I've got Call of Duty running, and set the screen refresh rate to 144hz in the settings, I then get some moving blue distorted pixels down the left hand side - photo below.

When I set the screen refresh rate (in CoD) to 120hz, the problem goes away.

I did manage to replicate this to some degree on the left hand side of the desktop (when CoD was closed), by messing with the screen refresh rate in the windows settings, but I am now unable to replicate the problem again.

Very strange that it only happens at 144hz and not 120hz..?

Any ideas?

Still within the return period but it's such a hassle.

I've also noticed the speakers are TERRIBLE compared to my 7 year old samsung monitor speakers. They're only 2W and I rarely use them, but is that to be expected on a new monitor these days? (although I appreciate it's a "gaming" monitor and expected to be used with speakers/headsets).

Thanks
