How cool are you trying to get it? And I honestly think you monitor is great. However, it is about 6 or 7 years old. You could try upgrading some parts, maybe a new GPU for now, because the 780 is two generations old, and may not give you the quality you desire.
What is wrong with that monitor? It's a 1080p with 5ms response time. Don't know about the hertz, but I would assume 30 or 60 coming from Samsung. However, it is quite old. Before you upgrade to a new monitor, what type of computer do you have? Your components may not be able to handle new games.

i have an i7 3770k kingpin 780ti 16gb ram btw monitor is 60hz but just didnt know if i should get a new one or a watercooler as my junky lepa one doesnt keep my cpu very cool

ok thanks ill hold off on the monitor...gpu is perfect for now plays everything i want on ultra 60fps mainly because its overclcoked to 1400mhz but my watercooler im always afraid will leak or fail the reviews are terrible for it so i was thinking aboyt getter a corsair one or thermaltake btw the watercooler was a gift else i wouldve never got it lol
