New monitor, videos pixelated!

Ive just got a BenQ XL2430 Zowie from Ebay.

It works great, but the videos seem to have pixels. I dont know how to discribe it, you can see it better in dark parts of the video.

I think both, the pic a posted is from youtube but i also have to change the background on wallpaper engine because of the same problem.

Also happens in picture, i dont know if may be the picture type. Also i swich from a IPS HDMI monitor to a TN DVI-D i think
