Hello! So I recently purchased new RAM, CPU, and a motherboard. I swapped all the parts out today and it turns on, but does not actually boot or display anything to my monitor.

Monitor: Nixeus - NX-VUE24A 24.0" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor
I have put the RAM in the way the mobo instructions say too as well as any other way I can think of.
I have used both just one stick of RAM in all the slots. Tried that with both of them.
I originally had a slight bit of trouble putting the cooler on so I took that off, changed the thermal paste and put in on again.
I tried without my GPU and just using the onboard hdmi.
I tried resetting the cmos.
So if anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. Or any idea which should I RMA first?
