I just recently purchased a new motherboard for my rig (MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC) for a minor cosmetic upgrade. After spending two hours rewiring everything to fit neatly, I got zero power to anything. No diagnostic lights, fans, nothing.

I've tried booting barebones with just one stick, interchanging it between each of the four slots, thoroughly inspecting all the cables, removing and re-seating the CPU, and nothing worked.

None of my components are damaged as I confirmed after reassembling them together with the old motherboard. Inspecting the pins, none appear bent. I have the option to RMA the board but I'm really just hoping that some of my fellow techies might have a solution I hadn't thought up already.

Solution
It looks like the new motherboard maybe dead on arrival. Just trying reset bios switch while the power is on and also try a new Li-on battery taking out the default one. If neither works best RMA it.
