New Nvidia GPU? [ Gtx 475 ]

I was on Alienware and it said "new Nvidia 745 gpu standard". I tried looking it up to see how it ran games but i only can find the '745m'. Is this a new GPU? Does it perform well? (Like running battlefield 4 on Medium/High settings)
