Question New Nvidia GPU install process?

I have an Intel PC Windows 11 with a Nvidia GTX 1650 GPU, I just bought a Nvidia RTX 3070 card, what's the process for installing this new card?
Do I have to 1st uninstall the old GTX 1650 driver? or can I just pull out the old card, install the 3070 card and then download and install the new Nvidia driver?

it's best to uninstall the old drivers, turn the pc off and swap cards.

then boot up and install the new drivers for the new card.
