Question New NVME not recognized in bios | AORUS Z790 XTREME motherboard

Hi, I have a new computer that I just finished building,
AORUS Z790 XTREME type motherboard
And I have a Samsung NVME 980 PRO 2TB.
The board is new and the NVME is also new.
The problem is that the NVME does not appear in the bios.
I tried connecting the NVME in another SLOT, and it didn't help.
I've already tried disabling the safe boot
and also run the CSM. And it didn't help
Would appreciate help,

What BIOS version are you currently on? Which M.2 Slot are you populating on the motherboard?

The last update of my bios is 03/09/2023 (now I saw on the manufacturer's website that an update was released on 03/31/2023).
At first the NVME was plugged into the fast PCEI 5.0 SLOT, and it didn't work, so I tried plugging it into one of the four regular slots.

Please explain where it does not appear. Since it is blank and does not contain a bootable operating system, it would not appear in the list of bootable devices. If you boot from a usb stick containing the windows installer, does it show up there?

I just received an order for new NVME from Amazon.
And it does work.
There is probably a problem with the first NVME.
