New pc, 4790k + r9 280x

Hey all,

I have got my new pc, but i have a question about the temperatures.

I checked with coretemp and when playing metro redux on ultra, the maximum temp my cores go are 58 and my r9 280x (club3d royal queen) goed up to 77 degrees.

This is after i played the game for about two hours.

are these temps safe? or do i have to worry?

I also like to say that in comparison to the fx8350, this really is good upgrade

You can keep the side of your case open to help you with maximum air flow and reduce temp. However thats pretty normal for amd cards.

I already have a fan on the side of my case.
I only wonder if those temp are good or do i have to worry?

No, temps are fine, if not great imo, only above 85 do you need to worry
