Hello,
Thank you all for reading / Commenting and advice given,
Basically. I am a bit rusty with building machines atm and have read up and find it still cheaper building your own rig than buying one, this is for someone else, I have done some reading and hopefully have built a good one,
Basically the budget is between 800 and 900,
Wont need a disk drive as I have spare ones, however everything else basically needs replaced,
The main thing the computer will be used for is World of Warcraft with the option to play other new games, Before purchasing I will look around some more websites to see if I can get parts cheaper, so bellow is an estimations of current ones Ive found
CPU - Intel I7 87000= 284.95

My personal Opinion is that the CPU is probably too good and will get restricted by the graphics and as its mainly a gaming PC the CPU again is probably too good for the rest of the system however my knowledge on CPU's is pretty limited, I could downgrade the CPU and upgrade the motherboard making it more future proof or upgrade the graphics card a bit,
I think the above would be a good build that will handle games like wow very well and still give the option for upgrades in the future... Upgrade the Graphics card, Ram (If I lower the cpu) then the CPU as well.
Thanks again for any advice,
Greatly appreciated
