Strong gaming build indeed.

Does this price include Monitor and OS? Even so, you can get a pretty good PC going. Here is what I would do: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Jsp9vK This doesn't have a monitor or OS. If you need that and mouse & keyboard. I would recommend this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DK7Yqs.

I wouldn't both getting an Intel K CPU or an aftermarket CPU Cooler, unless you plan to overclock (I am going to say you probably aren't).

Though if the 4690K is like 5 bucks more go get it.

Since you already have your operating system, and if you're serious about the build I suggested I'd look into funneling the retained money from OS to getting either a larger SSD or bumping up to an R9-290X or a GTX 970. Any of the three would be a worthwhile investment. Going with the 970 would allow you to scale back your power supply option, also saving money. But I'd personally leave it be, to allow for SLI options in the future.

no need for that cooler though, unless there ill be some serious overclocking. a zalman cnps10x optima or hyper 212 evo or equivalent will be just fine, it cuts the costs and gives you room for in the budget for a gtx 970 or r9 290x
