Im new to pc building, this will be my very first. I have spent months now looking up parts of such. the reason I go with the new 300 series over say a gtx 970 is I plan in the future to buy a 1440p panel. if anyone could suggest better alternatives to items I plan to buy I am more than willing to take advice. The system would mainly be used for gaming, and just general use. I don't plan on doing any media production of sorts. thank you. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/tVRPkL

This is also an alternative, it sacrifices a aftermarket cooler and SSD, but adds a second GPU for Crossfire. The cooler and SSD could be purchased at a later date and dropped in. Also gave you a more reliable HDD and PSU.

I wouldn't sacrifice a mechanical keyboard or an SSD for another 390 personally. Also bear in mind that the Spec-01 is not compatible with a Hyper 212 Evo.

+1; This is a solid build for under 1100 quids that should handle most games that you throw at it!
