[SOLVED] New PC Build - Monitor won’t connect ?

Hi everyone,

I bought a bunch of hardware to build my first computer. I put all of the equipment together yesterday and it boots up (turns on, the fans work,etc..)however my monitor is stays black and says “no hdmi cable detected”. With that said I can’t get into BIOS or update drivers.
I know the monitor works for a fact because I use it yesterday with another pc
config is : ryzen 3 2200g , asrock a520m phantom gaming 4, 2×4gb ram 2666mhz , psu atom v450 , no grafic card yet

That processor is not listed on the support page for that motherboard.
