New PC build.. Need opinions

I have just recently aquired a job and am looking for a halfway decent gaming PC. Will mostly be running Minecraft, TF2, RS3, RS07, and (hopefully) Tera. I just need some confirmation on if this will all work together and/or some opinions on changes if I should make any. Also, I have already ordered the RAM, but nothing else.

What is your actual budget? That is not a good PSU choice, and the Pentium G is not that great of a CPU. 4gb ram really isn't enough for a gaming rig either.

<$400 USD. I don't mind getting just 4gb for now, I can always get another stick if needed if I decide to do some more serious gaming, not too expensive. What do you suggest?
