Okay, so I built this pc a few days ago and have been having a few issues.
Parts list:
Gpu: Rx 6950 XT MSI
Cpu: Ryzen 9 7700x 8 core
Memory: 32GB (2x16) corsair ddr5 5200 AMD expo
Mobo: Gigabyte b650 aourus elite Ax
Psu: 850w seasonic
Storage: 1 tb WD nvme and 2 TB wd nvme

This started from the first boot of the pc, right away I thought there was no POST, however that was because it took 5+ min just to POST.
I disregarded it as I could not find a fix for it and that was only if I unplugged the pc. Otherwise the boot times from a normal windows shutdown would be normal.

The next issue came when I changed out the ram. Origonally I accidentally ordered intel ram so I ended up swapping it for amd compatable. When I changed it and booted the pc it would not recognize the nvme drives. I ended up having to use the last safe boot and the issue seemed to be resolved.

Currently the issue im facing is no POST. Waited about 20 min and nothing. Something else worth mentioning is the fans on the gpu are not spinning, but the leds are on. This was also occuring when it would take forever to post. They would only start to spin when the pc would post. Ive tried reseating the gpu, checking the cables, etc.

I wouldn’t think its a bad gpu as i've already bench marked it and played multiple games on it and it preformed just fine and normal temps.
Don't think it would be lack of power as 850 watt is recommended for the pc I built. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

GPU fans not spinning will probably be the software not turning on the fans until 60C, so I wouldn't worry about that. You can change that in Adrenalin Software when you can get into Windows. Under Performance>Tuning>Fan Tuning>Zero RPM

"Intel" ram shouldn't make a difference. If you reset your CMOS, ( take the battery out or maybe you MB has a reset button. Try whichever kit of RAM you want, if one does not work, try the other set. If neither, try 1 stick. The long boots could be "memory learning" Clearing CMOS and starting over again might be a good idea. See if it'll work fine from stock, if it's working well then try XMP.

Gotcha. Something else worth mentioning that I somehow just noticed is the cpu light is solid red. Tried running 1 stick still nothing. Gonna try to reset cmos if nothing else.

Dram light my apologies should have looked with my glasses haha
Hate to quote myself again but figured out the issue. Seems to be common with the b650 motherboards at the moment. For some reason trying to use dual channel on the board with the current motherboard drivers will make it not post. Tends to usually be when using A1 and B1. I was able to get it to work after reseting the cmos and using A2 and B2. For some its different so just need play around with it or run single channel!
