So I have come up with a new PC Build and keep in mind that I am still new to PC building (I have never owned/ built a PC before).

Processor - Intel Pentium G3258

GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX 770

RAM - Corsair Vengeance (2x4gb) 1600Mghz

Hard Drive - Western Digital Blue 3'5 1TB

Motherboard - ASRock Z97 Anniversary

PSU - CS750M 80+ Gold Certified Modular Power Supply

I just recently pieced this together with my limited building knowledge XD Let me know what you think and what changes you would make :) Keep in mind I'm on a budget of around $1000 and I'm only a teenager so XD Any help is appreciated, thanks so much :)

It looks fine! but I think your PSU is overkill. You probably only need a 500W-600W PSU for that build. Also, the Pentium CPU might bottleneck the GTX 770. ASRock might not be the best motherboard. I'm pretty sure it's fine but I would go either with an ASRock Z97 Extreme4 or a MSI/Gigabyte/ASUS motherboard.

With your $1000 budget, I'm sure we can get you something better and finish off under budget. Let's see....

So for $916 you get a tier 1 CPU. Ref: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
You get a fully modular PSU (you don't need 750W for a GTX 970 build. Ref: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-970/specifications)
You get a 256 GB SSD,
2 TB HDD
and a very popolar Z97 chipset mobo.

Will you consider SLi in future?
Do you need a chassis?
Do you need an optical drive?
Do you need the 2TB drive?
Do you need to OC?

This build can be tailored to match your needs for way under $1000.

COMPLETE BOTTLENECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If that is what you could build for $1000, I'd be damned.

THIS is what is should look like.

Just like the others said, you'll be able to get a much better build with a $1000. So I built one that includes an Operating System in your budget. But if you go for the build you have atm, you might be able to get better peripherals like headsets, keyboards, mice, monitors, speakers and etc. But it's all up to you.

I'm saying, the money he will have leftover with the original build can be used for different things but if he just wants a computer, he can get a much better one. I think CX PSUs are ok (I am using one atm)

Ok I'm just using this PC for playing games like Smite on max graphics at 60 fps and stuff XD All this info is gonna take a while to process for me so I will get back on this XD

OK is probably the term to use for the Corsair CX line, you can definitely get better for the money like the Seasonic G series, EVGA G2/P2/G5, or the XFX Pro series for the same cost as the CX.
