I would like to build a new PC from scratch. I dont have any knowledge about what parts are good, what prices are reasonable and if they can go with one another. I need to know if I could be able to build it myself without the knowledge. So if someone could pick everything out for me that would be awesome.

Here's some info:
I live in Canada, Qc so it needs to be shipable there,
My budget is 1500$ (can go a little higher if necessary),
I need something that can support high end games,
I want a 2 TB HD, 16 GB RAM would be nice (8 minimum),
A GPU that can support 3 monitors, 1 HDMI port,
4+ USB ports.

I guess thats all, if you want more info feel free to ask.

Solution
Here's my go at it:

- i5-4670K (overclockable, if you get into that)
- excellent motherboard
- powerful GTX 780, since you've got a bigger budget, this will last you a good long while
- threw in an SSD for snappy boots
- solid case

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($239.75 @ Vuugo)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($28.79 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($109.99 @ NCIX)
Memory: A-Data Premier Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($115.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Storage:...

Do you think of overclocking? Do you want to buy periperals like keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, etc in this budget or only the cpu? Do you want to include the os too?

I dont know what overclocking does exactly, peripherals not needed, I have two monitors both got sound in them so no speakers needed and im planning for a third monitor.

Im getting this because i dont plan on getting the consoles, so I want to be able to play news games easily while watching streaming and doing other stuff.

Both are interesting, kinda hard to pick =/. However i'm thinking of changing my mind on the HDD since there is a lot of negatives review. Anything more intersting in the 1 TB?

The WD Blue is the staple 1TB drive: http://www.vuugo.com/computer-hardware/computer-parts/hard-drives/wd-hard-drives-WD10EZEX.html?tracking=5108053939762

And I was giving you 8GB kits, my bad:

I do not recommend MSI boards to people, too many problems with them (quality assurance, etc). If you look around on tech forums long, including here at Tom's, you'll see what I mean. Not to say you can't get one and have it work fine, but your chances are higher that you'll have issues than with better brands like ASUS, ASRock and Gigabyte.

i noticed the edit and with the canada prices it comes up to nearly 1.8k

well thanks for all the help ive made my choice!
I'll go with AC build.

Yeah, the same site used to make the builds: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/

They usually have the best prices from around online retailers.
