New PC build

This is the PC I'm thinking of building for photo editing, Lightroom 6 and Photoshop 2015.
Any comments would be appreciated.

MB = ASUS Z97-PRO (WIFI)
CPU = i7-4790K
SSD = CRUCIAL BX100 250GB
MEMORY = (HAVE FRM OLD PC – CORSAIR C629-9VB16 16GB (4X4GB)
POWER SUPPLY = (HAVE FRM OLD PC – ANTEC EARTHWATTS 650W)
CASE = DEFINE R5
GRAPHICS CARD = ASUS GTX750Ti-OC-2GD5
OS = AT FIRST WIN 8 THEN UPGRADE TO WIN 10

Want to stay under 1k, that's why using old PS and memory.

You can wait a little bit and buy the new GTX 950 just came out. GTX 750ti got 640 cuda cores and gtx 950 got 768. Cuda cores is what you need for photo editting.
Also buy a CPU Cooler like Coolermaster Hyper 212. You will have a lot of noise with stock cooler.
