Hello , i need some help building a new pc. my last one was in 2011.

things i need are:

mobo:

CPU:

RAM: using ddr 3 atm. (new) but would like to upgrade.

ssd: would like to use M2!!!

cooling: I have a corsair h100. if i need to upgrade its fine.

power supply: GS800. is what i have now.

Hard drive:

full tower :

budget 500$ -1000

to see how good the 2060 is shouldnt i get like a 4k monitor or something lol?

The 2060 can game at 4k. To take ful usage of the 2060 you would need a 4k or high refresh 1080p. If you want a normal moniter you could go with an rx.

The mx500 m2 is sata interface so your mobo should support it without an adapter.

Rex.. i was watchign some vids and it was saying that if the m.2 is sata it wont have any boost speed compare to the NVME one that has alot faster boost.

Any m.2 sata drive is slower than a nvme m.2 ssd. Sata m.2 perform like sata 2.5 inch. Nvme drives are marginally faster but sometimes double or tripple the cost, and not worth it to 95% or consumers. Realistically you wont feel much of a difference.

Rex! I saved enough money to get the gtx 2060 should i get that card instead or just settle for the 590 and spend the extra cash on something else!
