Is it a good build for gaming? Well, depends on how you look at it.
1)From a performance only perspective, it's good - far too much for casual 1080p gaming though. But hey, if money is no object...
10/10

2)From a value perspective, it looks terrible. You simply put together some of the most expensive parts; some with features you'll never really use, or just downright overpaying for a mere few % difference.
4/10

A good 1080p gaming build:

Corsair HXi 750W 80 plus Platinum or better a 850W 80 plus Gold/Plat will probably be more efficient choices especially if you start OCing the Ryzen too.

It's about as high end as you can go, will run 1080p to 4K and a multi-threaded monster.

If you have the budget, do it. Don't step back to the 450 motherboards either.

Any fancy RGB stuff - if you're even into that - can be added or edited in.

1440p:
The same parts in the 1080p build can be used. Just make one of the following changes
-gpu to 2080 Super
-gpu to 2080Ti and power supply to something like the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750

The RGB: same deal as the previous build.

4K:

Only changed 2 things from the 1080p build: gpu and psu.
RGB: Ditto.

Someone putting together any of the above won't be far behind in performance compared to what you've put together.
