You should consider a higher wattage ATX (not SFX) PSU to support future upgrades. The AIO cooler really isn't necessary, a solid air cooler will save some money and perform well enough for your needs.

Yea you can definitely save some $ on the cooler, a Thermalright PA-120 goes for as little as $32 and is one of the best price/performance options on the market.
Agree on the PSU as well, a good ATX 750W model usually costs about the same, something like Seasonic / Corsair with a 10+ year warranty will be good.

The two rigs from @logainofhades + @helper800 are super strong for 1080p, and 1440p. The X3d CPU's have great 1% lows in FPS, which means smooooothh gaming.
