New pc builder help

Hello everyone,

I am ready to purchase components for my first gaming build. i have never built a computer and need advice on a few things.
1st question,
what power supply would i need for
i7 2600k
asus p8z68 pro mobo
corsair h100 liquid cooling
corsair vengeance 2x4gb ddr3 1866
evga 570sc graphics card (single for now)
corsair force series gt 120gb ssd
asus blue ray burner

and 2nd question,

are there things in this list i can down grade and not suffer loss of perfomance

Thank you flyboy86. I am planning on buying everything from new egg. This suggestion shaves off just under $100
Now the question is, is there a significant performance drop?
Any advice is welcome

The i7 is just a little better, not 100$ worth of better though.

Input is kinda slow lol. How about we make this fun . Give me suggestions on a build including case with a $2k budget
