New pc crazy temps

so i built a new pc yesterday and my pc has been running really hot.
Idle: r9 390 8gb is around 80 with fans at max
My cpu is at around 70 and thats a 4690k non oc with a h80igt.
I have tried everything. I cant change the fans speed because even though they are plugged into my mobo they dont show up anywhere please help i have been trying all day to fix this

Yeah thats too much indeed.if it was only the cpu i would tell you that u have done smthing wrong with the fan..but since its the gpu too..hmm maybe bad air flow on the case? what case do you have?

im using msi afterburner and speedfan

im using a cit vanquish case. its not great airflow but i took of the side of the case and it didnt work

Check the temperatures on your BIOS or Speccy to make sure that your results are accurate.
