New Pc for 30000rs

hey guys i want to build a new PC for 30000 rs. I live in India.This is will be my primary PC Because my old one is doomed.I want it including the Os and other peripherals like Keyboard.Mice and Monitor.Budget can be pushed up to 35000rs.It roughly comes around 450$

that would cost more than 40,000 in India.

the proper idea would be to get a a10 7850k and a fm2+ mobo, 2x2gb ram, corsair vs 450 psu, some keyboard and mouse for 1,000 rs, acer p166hql monitor and windows 7.

btw I too live in India. as it is lunch time here, i would suggest you a build after half an hour.
