[SOLVED] New PC freezes for 2-5 seconds randomly

My 2 week old PC freezes for 2-5 seconds randomly and one time the PC turned off and back on. The freeze is like a stutter and i can hear distorted audio during the freeze, then it resumes everything like nothing happened.
This all occurs when I play league of legends and i think it occurred once when not playing league.
Windows 10 and LoL are on the SSD. Could someone help me fix this issue?

i5 9600k
Asus Prime Z390-P
Corsair 16GB (2X8) 2666MHz DDR4
Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM010
Cooler Master MWE Gold 550W Power Supply
