New PC has no response when powered on. Need help. [Solved]

The PC was built over the weekend and worked fine until it turned off in the middle of use.
Now the PC does not respond when attempting to power on.
Could it be a problem with the motherboard or PSU?

Components:
CPU - Intel Core i5 3570K
Motherboard - ASUS P8Z77-V PRO Motherboard
GPU - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 Overclocked 2GB
RAM - Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3
PSU - Corsair AX750 Gold Power Supply

When you turn on your PC, does the fans start to run or are they staying off?

Also check the front panel headers on motherboard. Once the same thing happened to me and it turned out that the front panel header was loose.

Also if you have another PSU try that.

The fans don't run at all. It acts as if there was no power running to it.

I'm trying another PSU soon. I'll report back.

The PSU works fine when plugged into another PC so is it the motherboard or CPU? Is there a way to check?

EDIT: Also, when I used a different PSU it still had no response. The CPU and PSU fan didn't spin. No response.

Do you see any LEDs lighting up on the motherboard when you turn on the PSU?

Also check the motherboard and see if any components on it (Capacitors, Inductors..) have melted or deformed?

From what you have explained(no fan spin), I think the problem lies with your motherboard.
