Im going to get
NZXT Guardian 921RB
Cooler Master V8 GTS
Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
Intel Core i7-4930k
Corsair RM1000
SSD 840 EVO 1TB

are all these compatible to each other?

also i have a old monitor that supports only VGA the graphic card that ill get has DVI-D, do i need to buy new monitor to get better perfomance or get a adapter (link me if you can)
and if i get a 27' inch monitor (4k) do i get high FPS in crysis 3?
the monster graphic card ill get is "Amd Radeon r9 295X2"

any suggestion for better, please write :)

Id suggest a better case, especially if your getting those high performance computer parts. You should probably be looking at a ATX full case with a lot of fans and radiator mounts. You should probably be looking to spend between 100$-200$ for a quality high air flow computer case... Looks isn't everything when you have your cpu melting...
Other than that, all is compatible and How old is your monitor?

my monitor is 6 years old

also im not gonna overclock it, im just gonna run smooth

You would want a new monitor to do 4k gaming, if your plan is to do like 1440p or 1080p gaming, than you'd need a monitor with a high refresh rate.

I don't personally recommend using that processor if this is a gamming pc, You wouldn't expect much performance increase over a 4770k. And your cpu cooler will not fit in that case.

suggest me the best cpu cooler, and i want a case which looks cool,i want my pc to be quiet, i dont want to max out every performance of it

and what about monitor adapter, should i get new monitor that has DIV-D or just an adapter?

The "Best" CPU cooler is the Noctua NH D14 SE 2011:

It has 2 PWM fans which are nearly silent. The only time that I notice the fans is when stress testing my OC.

I think that it is time for you to retire the VGA monitor and get a new LED LCD monitor.

The nh-d14 will not fit in the NZXT Guardian 921RB as the cpu cooler is too big and case is too small.

ONLY if you use a side panel fan. Without the fan, the NZXT case has room for a 169.4 mm cooler. The NH D14 is 160 mm tall so it WILL fit!
