New pc,i need an advice

Hey guys,

So i am planning on building a new pc and i came up to a "problem".
First of all my budget is about 1300$ and atm i am buffled between two options.
First option is to buy an Intel i5 3570 with a GTX670 and the second option is to buy an Intel i7 3770K with a GTX660.
The other pc parts i plan on buying are:
mobo MSI Z77A-GD55
power supply Corsair GS 800
RAM Corsair RAM DDR3 8GB

Whats your opinion about my two options,i would also love to hear any other combinations,since i am willing to change the mobo if any of you advices me about an AMD GPU or an ATI Graphics card( i havent considers AMD and ATI only because i have not a single clue about their models and quality)

PS:The use of the pc will be mainly gaming and some video editing(after effects,cinema4d)

That Xeon has hyperthreading just like the i7 and is extremely powerful; great for gaming AND vid edits. Also, no need to overclock it (You can't anyways), it's as power as an i5 3570k at 4.2 GHz

No need for the Z77 MB if you aren't going to OC, Raid, or SLI/XFire (Use 2 graphic cards)
GTX 680 is an Ultimate GPU.
The 650W PSU I suggested is sufficient
8 gigs of RAM is good, no real need for anymore.

16GB of RAM will help with the editing. I would go for the gtx 670 if gaming is your main use. Here's some components to take a look at.
