New Pc, Low fps

Hello,

I just bought a new pc from very known company. I get only 40 fps in csgo, when i should get 200fps minimum.

Specs :
10 Home
Intel Core i5-7400 (4 cores, from 3.00 GHz to 3.50 GHz, 6 MB cache)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti 8 gb
8 GB (DIMM DDR4, 2400 MHz)
1000 GB SATA 7200 obr.

Pc temperaturę is around 30 fps when playing

Uh, there is no 1050Ti with 8GB of VRAM.
