I built my own PC and I disabled the onboard GPU assuming it would detect mine, but it didn't now I get no video from my mobo or my GPU...

it would auto detect your gpu, there was no reason to disable the onboard. try unplugging and replugging in the CMOS battery.

It wouldn't, I had it in the GPU slot and no video, but on the mono slot it did, I figured if I disabled the mobo one it would default to my gpu

Remove bios battery and wait 15 min, this reset you bios to default settings.

strange, on most systems it would first search the pci e slots for a gpu and if it doesn't find it, i looks for onboard. how did unplugging and replugging the CMOS battery work. if it returned the onboard video, hen just go into the bios and instead of disabiling the onboard, tell the system to check for the PCI E cards first.

Verify card is seated in slot, PCIE power connected (if applicable) and monitor is plugged into graphics card (not motherboard).

I had 2 HDDs in my old PC, 1 with with does and stuff, the other for storage, now its not detecting my big one for storage, says my windows isn't genuine even though this is the disk I've used for like 3 different PCs and I'm on my phone

Ok makes sense. You just need to adjust storage settings in BIOS.
