Hello everyone :cautious: Recently I build my first PC by myself and it worked fine, until last week... Since last week my PC started to freeze and reboot.
This happens randomly, does matter if I play the game or surfing the internet. Screen freeze, and after a few seconds PC rebooting.
  • Overheat?
No, the temps are below average even while under stress
  • Bios update?
No, I have not updated BIOS yet. I only once tried to use the XMP profile for my memory, but later I restored all BIOS settings to default due to fear that XMP may be the cause of my problem.
  • Drivers?
After clean Windows installation, I have installed the following drivers:
  1. Chipset
  2. GPU Driver
  3. All Windows latest updates
The only driver which I still did not install is Generic Bluetooth Radio.

Hello, the first thing I would try is to reseat all easily accessible power cables and take all but 1 stick of ram out and if it still crashes, remove that stick and put the other stick in another slot and try it.

Did you get your drivers from the manufacturers website? Or did you get them through a 3rd party downloader like Driverupdater, etc.? The 3rd party downloaders are very bad and do not usually get the right driver they just get a similar compatible driver and are malware. If you did get the drivers through them, reinstall the drivers through the parts manufacturers website.

If these steps do not work, boot the computer to safe mode (run msconfig, boot tab, safe boot and apply) and try to use it for a bit to see if that will help with the crashing.

All drivers downloaded from official manufacturers sites. The only driver which I want to download from a non-manufacturer site is Generic Bluetooth Radio
https://www.driverscape.com/download/generic-bluetooth-radio
I'm not sure if I should trust this site or not.
