Question New PC Restarts

Just built a new computer and cannot understand why it restarts on its own and once it boots back up pops up a message from radeon settings saying system failure, settings back to default. After the build was complete I thought I narrowed the problem down to my GPU because I pulled it out, put in my old one and the problem stopped. So I exchanged the GPU got a new one, and same exact problem. It starts off slow, maybe one crash/restart every couple of hours but then progressively gets quicker and eventually it would only last maybe 15 seconds before crashing/restarting.

What am I missing? What's going wrong? Where do I even begin to diagnose this problem? Its been a week and I'm ready to give up and just buy a pre-built computer.
