Question New PC, screen stays black

Hi,
I just build myself a new PC with the following parts:
Gigabyte b660m ds3h,
i5 12400f,
16gb ddr4 ram,
1tb m.2 SSD,
AMD rx6650 XT from Gigabyte,
Bequiet pure power 11

I tried starting it and had a keyboard, a monitor and a USB boot stick plugged in. However the screen stayed black. I tried again with a different monitor, that I'm 100% sure is working. It still stayed black.
The case fans and CPU fan are spinning, the GPU fans are not.
I tried booting with only one ram stick as well.
Does anyone have a proposal for a solution or have an idea what the problem might be?
Thanks in advance

Did you connect a power supply cable from the PSU to that graphics card?

This system has support for graphics built into the CPU chip. It is possible that, by default, the system is using that means of outputting video signals through the HDMI socket on the rear panel of the MOBO, and NOT through the video card you have added. Did you try plugging your monitor into that socket?
