New Pc turns on fans and Led's But no video signal

So i built a new pc yesterday, and my pc's fans and led's are on. Including the gpu fan.
I have tried using both my gpu and integrated graphics and neither have posted any video.

I have tried many things on these formus to try and get this pc working, but have had no such luck. The only other thing thing i considered was that it could be psu issue as im not using a very good power supply.


GPU: colourful Gtx 1050ti
CPU: i5 7500
MOBO: ASUS B250-M basalt
Ram: 1x16gb ram
PSU: no brand 400w psu (Happy to replace if its the issue, but 1050ti seems to work with everything)

What type of connector/cable are you using between the GPU and the monitor, i.e. VGA, DVI, HDMI, DP?

I have tried dvi and hdmi as thats alll my gpu connects to other than dp which i dont have on my monitor, But the monitor works fine i know that

does it shut down after a while ? it could be some malfunction like a not so propertly installed RAM

Nope i could keep the fans spinning all day and have tried both dimm slots
