Question new PC wont post - need help wth QLED to debug

Hi

I have just built my new PC parts below:

Asus H370-F
Intel i5 9600k
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB
Asus GTX1060 strix
Corsair H100i AIO
Samsung evo SSD

The pc goes on,all fans and led lights on MB go on etc however it doesn't post,

• I have double checked all the cables and connectors
• I added a speaker (There are no beeps)
• I tested the speaker by removing the ram, the speaker works
• I removed GPU and use onboard display
• I tried one ram stick in each slot
• I tried disconnecting all the sata and usb connectors
• I tried resetting the CMOS

The Q-LED sequence goes as follows

1. Flashes red for about a second for CPU
2. DRAM amber led goes on and stays on for about 5 seconds then goes off
3. The white VGA led doesn't go on

At this point I'm not sure what to do. I can't find any information about how the QLED sequence should go

Any help would be appreciated

Okay, I will have a look into that thanks a lot.

How would I upfate the BIOS though if there's no post.
