I finished a new PC but it won't turn on. There are no lights on the motherboard when I plug in the PC, and hitting the power button does nothing. I've already tried replacing every component inside (bought replacement MB and CPU, swapped out the RAM and PSU from my old PC, tried turning on the PC using my old case).
I noticed that when I hit the power button, the logo on the MB light up very faintly and very briefly, and there is a small sparking sound. This happens every few seconds after I hit the power button, but the PC still won't turn on. Also the MB comes with 2 CPU power connectors, one 4 pin and one 8 pin. I tried using only the 8 pin first, but it still does not turn on even with both plugged in (instructions say to make sure to plug in the 8 pin connector).
