This system would easily handle gaming & streaming. I would mount the AIO on top as exhaust and try to get a 3.8+ghz OC on the CPU. The Vega 56 handles games at 1080P and 75hz should be easily achievable but the monitor is also Freesync so if there's some dips it will keep the game play smooth. Also included the Win10 license as your viewers won't want to see the Activate Windows watermark on the bottom right of your screen.

No worries. Intel has better gaming performance but you want the extra threads on Ryzen and to be honest, there no slouch gaming.

What resolution & refresh rate is your monitor? This may affect part choices.

im guessing you would recommend a better monitor!!!

What parts do you have? If there's parts you can reuse such as the case, storage, etc then you can spend more on the CPU or GPU.

As-is though the Ryzen 1700 or i7-8700 are excellent CPU's and should last at least a few more years. The most upgraded part will be your GPU as you typically want to upgrade every 2-3 years on that. Having had both high end systems (around $2,000) and mid range systems (around $1000) I'd say I actually prefer the mid range systems that play at a decent resolution on high settings then doing upgrades every so often (year or so) then trying to make a high end build with the expectations that it's going to last for more then 5 years without upgrades. Usually its 5 years on the CPU, 2 years on the GPU and if you go with a new monitor it's like 7 years.

I would reuse the 5TB if you store a lot of games/files. The RX 580 is a decent 1080P GPU so realistically you could reuse it.

If you went with a smaller SSD, reused your 5TB HDD & RX 580 you could get the i9-9900K....which is pretty much the best gaming CPU out there and would fit into the budget but it's still quite expensive.

I think you should get either the Ryzen 1700 build or 8700 build without the RTX 2060. Reuse your RX 580 and see how performance is. If your still not getting the desired FPS while gaming then upgrade the GPU to the 2060 or 2070. Since you have a 5TB HDD then a 500gb SSD would be plenty for the OS and a few games with really long loading screens.

No Overclock build/Intel.

Also reusing those parts could allow you to get 32gb (2x16gb) instead of 16gb which may help a little bit in your streaming/multitasking and if you edit your videos.

The Ryzen is a good choice, especially that AMD is using the AM4 socket until 2020 so there should be a fourth gen that will be compatible with that motherboard. There's a ton of tutorials out there but yes that would be fine if you want to message me on here or Discord although I haven't been on Discord lately.
