The components I already have:
Case: Silencio 550
HDD: 500gb
SSD: 110gb
Graphic Card: Gigabyte 1050 ti 4gb

The components would like to buy new:
CPU: i3 10100
RAM: HyperX 16GB Predator DDR4 2666MHz CL13 KIT HX426C13PB3K2/16
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B460-PRO (WI-FI)
PSU: CORSAIR TX Series Modular TX550M Gold 550W

So will this setup work?

Yes it should all work together. Though the downside to buying a low budget rig is that you will need to upgrade it much sooner than later if you want to keep playing new titles. Specifically the graphics card. Though this rig will do just fine for basic 1080p gaming.
