New psu for old pc?

My specs
Windows 7 Ultimate

Processor: AMD E-350D APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.60 GHz

RAM: Samsung DDR 4 GB (2.86 usable)

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Ghaphics

32-bit Operating System

PSU: pentium 4 atx2.03

Motherboard: A68I-350 Deluxe R2.0 motherboard

As you can see my psu is really bad and old, and it can damage/destroy my other component/system parts right? So which psu would be better for this motherboard? And can i use new psu's for this old crappy computer? It was built in 2012 btw

I would avoid the vs series due to it generally being low quality and since you'd like to upgrade the system eventually (from your other thread) buying something new now that can be used later would be a far better option.
